Your name and the work you do?
Stacey Ejiroghene Okparavero, I am a multidisciplinary artist and author.

What do you spend most of your Sunday doing?
I spend most Sundays meditating or going to Mass, indulging in a very elaborate self-care routine (facial, deep conditioning my hair, long bath with scented candles and music) some yoga and a LOT of sleep.

A morning run, gym session or yoga?
As a yoga instructor, definitely Yin yoga.

Tell us about something in your life you’re most proud of?
I’m proud about being a really good Archer, and I look forward to competing in the Olympics.

What’s something the world could care a little more about?
The world could care a little more about honoring and conserving nature. Like planting more deep rooted trees, creating more community gardens, eating seasonally and mindfully, producing less toxic waste and encouraging organic architecture that’s in harmony with the local biosphere.

Enjoy… 'SOFT & SWEET NOSTALGIA'
